ABSTRACT
The design and fabrication of a rapid prototype for a self-balancing motorcycle application involves multiple stages, including the determination of design requirements, the design of mechanical and electronic systems, the fabrication of the prototype, and testing to ensure that it meets the design requirements. The mechanical design includes the frame, suspension, wheels, and steering system, while the electronic design includes the control system, sensors, and motors. Various fabrication techniques such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and welding are used to create the various components of the self-balancing motorcycle, which are then assembled to create the final prototype. The resulting prototype can be used for further development and testing, with the ultimate goal of creating a fully functional self-balancing motorcycle.
