Pneumatic Can Crusher

Aim:

          The main stay of the project is to design, mechanize and fabrication of a pneumatic can crusher which automatically crushes cans and ejects them.

Proposed System:

          Here we are going to create an pneumatic can crusher which automatically crushes a soft drinks can, ejects it into a basket below and loads the next can for crushing. This will reduce the garbage space and takes less time to crush a can and it crushes the can properly.

4. The nuts and bolts can be tightened to a particular pressure by operating the gate valve placed in the control unit and…

Abstract:

          The aim of our project is to design and fabricate a screw operated bottle crusher.  With this device a bottle crushing can be performed. In the conventional methods the waste bottles were thrown out which were used illegally by the local users and refill bottles with the water and they again sells it in market. To avoid this, we are introducing a mechanism called bottle crusher.
