The scope of this project to move the tailstock by using pneumatic method.
Proposed system :
The pneumatic lathe tailstock is simple in structure, the piston rod is adopted to drive the transmission guide rod to move front and back and drive the tailstock sleeve and the center to realize the clamping and release of a workpiece, the labor intensity of operators can be effectively lightened, and the production efficiency can be enhanced.

Abstract :
The utility model relates to a pneumatic lathe tailstock which comprises a center, a tailstock sleeve and a tailstock body, as well as a cylinder, wherein the tailstock sleeve is arranged on the tailstock body, the center is arranged at one end of the tailstock sleeve, the cylinder is fixed at the tail part of the tailstock body through a cylinder flange plate, a piston rod of the cylinder extends in the tailstock body after penetrating through the cylinder flange plate, a first connecting piece, a transmission guide rod and a second connecting piece are arranged in the tailstock body, the piston rod is connected with the transmission guide rod through the second connecting piece and a pin, the other end of the transmission guide rod is connected with the tailstock sleeve through the first connecting piece and a bolt, and the tailstock body is also provided with pressure-stabilizing control regulation filters. The pneumatic lathe tailstock is simple in structure, the piston rod is adopted to drive the transmission guide rod to move front and back and drive the tailstock sleeve and the center to realize the clamping and release of a workpiece, the labor intensity of operators can be effectively lightened, and the production efficiency can be enhanced.
