Return Policy

Software Products

Projects are one-time purchases, meaning customers pay once to have access to your product and its updates forever. Digital products also include anything that can be downloaded for a certain price but that could then be distributed, such as eBooks, videos, or templates. Unless otherwise specified, Software downloads and purchase from site is not returnable after purchase. Before Purchasing the projects carefully review your project running videos. Policies set forth by Global Techno Solutions generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refund after a project has been purchased or damaged or corrupted. There are no refunds, return or exchange for Digital Downloads.

Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable Products

From time to time, Global Techno Solutions will notify Buyer of a product that is "NC/NR", (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) upon determining that an order requires such conditions of sale. Buyer understands that "NC/NR" products are obtained by Global Techno Solutions from the manufacturer specifically for the buyer. Irrespective of circumstances, the buyer agrees that "NC/NR" products may not be cancelled, returned or rescheduled by the buyer without the agreement of both Global Techno Solutions supplier and the written consent of Global Techno Solutions. All products purchased by Customers classified by Global Techno Solutions as Software /Digital shall be deemed Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable.

Hardware Products

Prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company to obtain a Returns Authorization Number (’RAN’). All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. Return freight charges should be prepaid by the customer. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company, and for providing proof of delivery of such return. The Company operates a 7 day return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by the Company within 7 days of delivery to the Customer. The Customer should return the Goods to the following address by clearly quoting the Customer’s account number, order number, Invoice number and RAN.

Any Goods returned after 7 days as ’unwanted’ or ’incorrectly ordered’ will only be accepted at the discretion of the Company. All Goods returned (whether within 30 days of delivery or otherwise) will be subject to a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of INR 2000). Goods that consist of software or are specially constructed or contain any of the hazardous substances referred to in European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical or Electronic Equipment (RoHS) may not be returned under this Condition 6. Any Goods which are not in catalogue or are non-stock items may not be returned under this Condition 6. Any static sensitive Goods supplied in sealed packaging may not be returned if the blister or 'peel' packs in which they are supplied has been opened, tampered with or damaged.

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

We Pay For Return Shipping

We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered is a wrong product received from what was ordered.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement

  • • Damages due to misuse of product
  • • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • • Digital products and services (source code downloads)
  • • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
