Abstract:

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  In this paper, a digital watermarking method is proposed which is based on Contourlet wavelet transform (CT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). In the encryption process, the host image is decomposed into sub-bands using single level of Contourlet wavelet transform and the resulting coarse coefficient of decomposition is given as input to Singular value decomposition. Before operating SVD on watermark image, first the watermark image is transformed into scrambled form by using Arnold transform. Then the scrambled watermark is embedded into host image by the scaling factor.

Proposed Method
